Rates & Insurance

As of January 1, 2022, I will no longer contract with insurance plans.  

If you have out of network benefits, you may be reimbursed, at least partially, by your insurer.

Clients will receive emailed invoices for services.  Clients are responsible for payment in full.  Rates may be adjusted in cases of financial hardship.

Rates

Initial session, 1 hour:  $200

Treatment session, 45-50 minutes:  $150

Brief treatment or check-in session, 30 minutes:  $100

Brief phone or video calls (10-20 minutes):  $50

Phone or video contact with other treaters or family members, at client's request and with client's signed authorization, will be billed to the client in 15 minute increments, at $50 per 15 minutes.

Payment
Accepted methods of payment: cash, check, Venmo, credit card.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a session.  For late cancellations or missed sessions, I may charge a $75 fee.  Allowances may be made for emergencies or sudden illnesses.  In case of mild illness, video or phone sessions will be substituted for in-office meetings.
